The technician, Jevoris Palmer was knowledgeable and efficient. I like that no detergent was used, and the product is safe for my dog. Jevoris also left a bottle of the Zero Stink (B Fluid)for future use with pet stains. I would like to know how I can continue to get this product as I would like to have some on hand at all times.
We were impressed with the quick responce to our complaint about excessive wetness and diamonds inprints in the carpet that did not disappear when dried and vacuumed. Steven came in and corrected the problem. We are now satisfied.
