DeAngelo. He should be VP in charge of customer relations.

All the stains were removed from my carpeting. The technician was incredibly thorough.

I was very impressed my carpets looked so much better then when the other company did it.
I will be calling you again. You can count on that.
My carpet had a bad stain going from my kitchen into the den, now it looks new.

Nice & knowledgeable serviceman. Clean operation (i.e. no mess left around here afterwards).

The product was good, but what was really wonderful was the service that the young man who came out rendered, very friendly and patient because he waited for about 10 minutes for me to arrive. My experience in the past with carpet cleaning companies is they try and upsell additional services and cope an attitude when you refuse to buy more than what was already agreed upon, which he did not do and it was very much appreciated. I offered to give him a tip and he respectively refused. I forgot his name, but if you want new people trained, utilize this gentleman as the absolute model of the type service your company offers. A wonderful experience. God bless and Merry Christmas to all.

Everything from scheduling the appointment and getting a wonderful reminder call from Glenn was AWESOME. We requested Tim Delvo and we were so excited that he was available to come make out house look beautiful. We just love Zero Rez the house smells clean and the carpets look great.

Damian was wonderful. Very pleasant and courteous. Explained everything well and did a great job. The carpet looks really good. Spots came out that I tried cleaning myself but couldn't remove. The pre treatment citrus smell was a nice scent. The overall experience was great and I plan on using Zerorez again. Thanks Damian. Job well done.

Customer service and follow-up is great. You cared about my concerns and handled the problem.

Carpet Cleaning

I like the fact that you do not have any chemicals in your cleaning supplies. My carpet was free of residue and was not hard crunchy when it dried as it was in the past with all other companies we used!

Logan was fantastic. He was very honest about a stain in our carpet and helped us try to treat it. He really knew "the right way to clean". Technicians like Logan will keep us using Zerorez for years to come. Thanks again.

The two young men you sent did a wonderful job. They were very friendly and took their time in making sure my furnishings were out of the way. There was no odor or mess - great job!

Products and services are great! Does a good cleaning job. This time I had upholstery cleaning in addition to carpets. Techs did a good cleaning job.

Consistency, quick dry and thorough job!

Easy scheduling! Great price! Awesome execution! Zerorez does it again! Always pleased with the results of my cleaning. I'm sure my upkeep while you guys are away only helps, but i can alllllways count on my teammates, ZEROREZ, to knock it out the park! Jeremy did an excellent job on my air ducts and now i feel like I'm breathing the breath of life! I'm not sure why any other company is still in business.. QUALITY! Seems simple to me.. Thanks REZ.

How clean my 15 year old carpeting gets.

On time, great customer service, friendly and very efficient person who cleaned the carpets but most of all you took wall to wall carpeting that I was ready to throw out and made it practically new again! No chemicals, no smell ready to step on in no time. Excellent work!

Your technician was very courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable of your product and he did a very thorough job. Also, we like the fact that your product dries faster with no sticky residue.
