Stains that I thought were permanent came out. The technician Mike, was on time and worked quickly on the requested areas. My carpet though wet was not soaked and dried without leaving that crunchy feeling. My living and dining rooms look new.

We have had large dogs living in the house for years and zerorez definitely got rid of their smell. The carpets dried even faster than they quoted and the whole process was extremely smooth. Fast Clean carpet that dries quickly- stays looking like new for long time. We recently bought this house and as part of the contract the old owner was to have the carpets cleaned- we requested Zerorez but for some reason due to scheduling around the close date they used Kiwi carpet cleaners instead. When we moved in, you could still see dirt and pet stains so I had Zerorez come in and do the job do the job correctly.
