The carpets looked amazing and the whole house smelled fresh and clean when the carpets were completed. We were very pleased with the service and Ernesto was extremely friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning services.

I liked that the carpet is not left feeling sticky, or that there is no residue left on the carpet. Also, the associate went out of his way to get the stains out of my carpet.

It has only been one day but the floors that were cleaned look nice and we will hold farther opinions until we have seen how the cleaning compares with other companies we have used. The person, Doug, who came was very professional and did a great job for us. The drying time was about what was stated, about six hours. There don't seem to be any residue left on the floors good job.
