I only had my sectional cleaned but he did a great job and I can really see a big difference. He also gave me good advice about using a lint roller after he finished to get the cat hairs the cleaning pulled out of the sectional. It worked great!!

I liked the technology that allowed you to only use water to clean the carpet. My only complaint was that my carpet was VERY wet for well over 6 hours...yuck

The product works very well on hard dirt and stains and does not have an odor! It truly did clean up better on my stairs than I had hoped for! I had a great guy that cleaned my carpet.....he took time to explain your services and always did everything needed to accommodate my needs! He actually made it a very good experience! I was very disappointed in your service of having my two upholstered chairs cleaned! When I called to file a complaint, you sent a Mr Bill Ryan to see what he could do about the the terrible condition of my chairs. It took him a couple of hours to remedy the DAMAGE done, but, I was satisfied! I have my chairs back again! I have always found Zerorez technicians to be extremely professional, hard working and friendly. A pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend to anyone.

My technician yesterday was James. From the moment he walked in the door, he was very nice and professional. He made sure to explain everything to me about the product, process and goal of zerorez! I was very pleased at how well our carpets look after he finished cleaning them. After I paid our bill and I walked back into our home, I noticed about a 3 foot snake had entered our house and was in our foyer. I immediately grabbed my 2 year old and ran out the garage door. Lucky for me, James was still in the driveway and I flagged him down to tell him about the snake. He didn't even hesitate to help get the snake out of my house and I know that is not in his job description at all!!!! I will use zerorez in the future and request James next time for our service as well!
