I like the method that Zerorez uses, especially for pet stains ! My carpet isn't soaked for days and they actually had a "pleasant smell" after the cleaning. I have recommended you to friends since this is the 2nd time I have had you clean my carpets. I did use the "special you were running 3 rooms and a hallway for $139, my total bill was $400, I had them treat the pet stains so $180 total for two rooms (that seems a bit high to me) but the majority of the pet stains are out. Plus they did the stairs and then a "show-up" fee. So, I feel your service is on the high side of other cleaners, but I am happy with the service performed.
I have to say that the technician, Ken, was polite enough (the younger one did not introduce himself).They did "drag mud" into my house and water. The mud was on the bottom two stairs/carpet. Since I had asked him to clean the stairs, I didn't make a "fuss" about it, but I did have to wipe up the water on my wood floors in my downstairs hallway and frankly, at that point maybe they should have cleaned the stairs on "them". The technician was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He had several suggestions on how to maintain our carpets. Although some of the stains did not come out most did and the carpets looks very good.
