Carpets always look great for a long time after service. Representatives are always curteous and very good at what they do. The young man who came to our home last was very efficient and did a great job.

I like the service people on both trips. I wasn't 100% happy the first time and with no problem at all they came out again and made me 110% happy. I will tell my friends and definitely ue hem again. I have beautiful carpets again THANKS

Carlos Davis was very knowledgeable about your product and his application. He was courteous, efficient, and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. He also was realistic about some of the stains and high traffic areas not appearing "like new" when he was done.

What do you like about our products and services?

The employee that came out was very thorough and when he did try to tell me about additional products and I turned them down he didn't try to be pushy!!! Which I appreciate! He did what he had to do and left for his next job!!
