This was my first time using a company like Zerorez Atlanta and I was truly impressed. Irving and Deontae were my technicians for the day. They gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance and arrived within the pre-scheduled window of time that day. They wore booties on their shoes to protect my house (we recently had new flooring installed) and used plenty of drop clothes to protect the floors from their hoses and equipment. They even used plastic corner guards to keep the hoses from rubbing on the walls/trim and damaging paint! Major A+ on that one. Upon arrival, I showed them my HVAC unit and walked them around to all the register locations. They did a cleaning and sanitizing of my complete system, including (2) bathroom exhaust fans and (1) dryer exhaust vent. They carefully removed each and every register and performed their work, replacing them with screws when finished. They cut two service ports into my existing duct plenums (one supply, one return) to collect the debris. They showed me before and after photos during and upon completion of the work. Payment was done via credit card at the end and very seamless online. Overall a great experience that lasted less than two hours and did not interrupt my day. I would highly recommend calling Zerorez Atlanta today and schedule this important service. Air quality is the number one cause of unhealthy homes and this service provides peace of mind and a cleaner home to live in. Ask about their bundled deals and any promotional codes they may have (the office was very helpful with my quote and finding me the best possible bundle/deal).
