Dislike: price by the room, very rarely empty room. Add a service charge, seems like bait and switch after quoting 3 rooms and hall.Always a sales pitch. Told I have "traffic lanes" 3 feet inside doorways which couldn't clean Why doesn't it show for the full "traffic lane" thru the room.

My service person (AJ) was very good at explaining what he was doing with every room. He was on time, explained additional cost for extras and did a great job cleaning each room. Will be asking for him every time.

My dog had an accident in my craft room. This was the second time in a week that I had you guys come out trying to get the spots up. The second time just about got all of it up however, I know that it all will not come up. But this time you just about, cannot see the spots. I am very thankful this is white barber that’s brand new carpet, and I am very happy with the results. I am grateful that there is a company out there that cares for their customer and tries very hard to satisfy the need. I will be a forever zerorez customer.
