The Tech that the company sent to my house was Chris Bailey, this young was very professional, he used equipment to protect my furniture & walls from being damaged. His service was outstanding. He went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure I was
happy, patient with me, covered his shoes, knowledgeable about the products that Zerorez use, very pleasant individual, did a great, great job on cleaning my carpet & worked on the hard stains & steps. We are so glad that we tried Zerorez. Our technician Brady did an excellent job and was very detailed. He noticed extra areas that needed cleaning and really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the cleaning. The carpet cleaning we had done on 6/30/23 was great!! Our Service Tech arrived exactly as scheduled, provided advanced notice of arrival and was prompt and on time!! He cleaned our floors throughly, respected our home and completed service in a timely manner!! I would recommend him and ask for him over and over!!
