Client Testimonials

It seemed to get the carpet cleaner than usual and most of the spots did not return like they sometimes do.

Very efficient, fast, good people to deal with. Omar was really wonderful.

My carpets looks so great when the technician is finished that we do not desire to put our oriental rugs back down.
Our white burber carpet is 18 years old and by using Zerorez over the years we just might get another decade with them looking fabulous!

Service technician Ammon is amazing! So professional, so kind and efficient.
I did have some problems with customer service phone rep Maria. I had a conflict at my house on the service day and I needed to just find out the drivers route to see if I would have to cancel for that day or not. Maria just kept repeating the rules from the rule book and not really listening to me or understanding what I was trying to find out. She kept repeating her pat answer over and over again several times. I told her that she didn't need to have that kind of attitude with me that I was just trying to get some more info about the timing of the day. I finally had to kindly hang up-in my opinion she was very rude and very unhelpful. So, because of that difficulty I may not use Zerorez again😟

The products dry fast and leave no odor.

I love that our carpets look and feel brand new, without any chemical odor or feel.

courtious, appointment to my schedule, delivered on promise.

Scheduling was a snap! The tech was on time and did an amazing job with no muss or fuss. He really went the extra mile to remove old spills from the carpet. As he worked, he informed me of problem areas so there would not be any surprises at the end of the process. The final result was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Zerorez and the tech to ANYONE! Keep up the great work. Such dedication to exceptional service is really rare in today's world. Nice to see it. Thanks, Zerorez for a great job!

Excellent customer service... and quick process, with fairly quick drying time.

My carpet is 16 years old. When Zerorez finished, it looks like new. Technician was professional, explained everything and was finished quickly. He also respected that I worked from home and cleaned the area that I worked first.
Only one small spot apparently did not come out and reappeared the next day. They came back and took care of it within a day and it is fine now.

Without pretreating any of the high-traffic areas it cleaned the carpets extremely well!
