I love that it really leaves my carpet clean with no sticky residue.
The serviceman was professional, efficient and very honest. My rugs on the edges have darkened somewhat and some stains are starting to reappear unfortunately. I may try to work on them myself or call serviceman back to see if some places could use more cleaning.

I also like the fact that whenever I have a spill on my carpet, all it takes is a little water and a dry towel to blot and out comes most stains.
