Christopher is an amazing asset to your business. He is so professional that after his (and your) initial visit last fall, I requested specifically for him to return. He comes in and uses booties, a little towel to transition across my hardwood and the baseboard bumpers. He takes his time and keeps me involved with the process. I never feel that he is rushing through my job to get to the next. I will continue to request his (an your) services. Christopher is always seems aware that he is in my home and shows caring and respect for it and me.

I like the fact that there is no residue. I had a second round of carpets done today and found that my basement and first floor was not pretreated and that my carpets could have been cleaner. The tile that was done was excellent and I would recommend that I everyone. Jessica and Jeremy were great today and redid my den and front steps and an erea in my living room. After they were done the carpets looked much better

The carpets were not perfect but that is not the fault of your service or the service tech - we just need new carpets! They are as clean as it was possible to get them.

I think the service provided was ok. I did not see any visible difference in the carpet around the house since it is only a couple years old and we did not have any kids until recently or problems with pets but I wanted to make sure the carpet was cleaned for my baby. The technician came on time and performed a good service.
