The technician was fantastic- on time, friendly and professional, completed the job timely. I was disappointed in the pet treatment though as it seemed to make no difference in the outcome of the carpet cleaning, I would not choose to get that again in the future. I would still continue to use Zerorez though for sure.

The carpet cleaning is outstanding. When I had an issue with a carpet not coming out as I liked, the technician came back out and cleaned it again, being sure to pay special attention to areas that seemed to retain the soil. When he was done, the carpet looked brand new again. I always use this company. They are professional, efficient, and personable.

Cleaned carpet and the dry time is 4 hours. Tile cleaning was ok. Tilt itself very nice, but it grout did come as clean as I thought it would. Overall, pleased with the service. The gentlemen who did the work was very professional and friendly.
