I liked everything that you did at the house bit the rug I sent of to be cleaned cane back with a lot of the color gone. It used to be gold but now it's more of a tan color now. I'm a little disappointed with that part.

My carpet looked brand new after Zerorez came out! And it smells so much better in my house! My daughters toy room carpet was really in sad looking shape, stains from who knows what all over it. After Zerorez came out I can actually go in there barefoot! It's 11 year old carpet and looked half that by the time Jarvis was done, all stains had vanished! The rest of our carpet is only 3 years old, it's thick and high pile so if the dog has an accident a spot bot just didn't seem to work that well, I honestly just felt like my house stunk. It's so much better now! It's not an over powering smell of clean but a light, refreshing scent that just makes me happy! The Zerorez technician, Jarvis, was awesome too. Very friendly and efficient, explained everything thoroughly and up front so there was no surprising added fees at the end. We had our sectional sofa cleaned as well and he did an amazing job on it! As always, I am beyond pleased with our Zerorez experience, I always recommend the company to family and friends, well worth the price and I'm never Unsatisfied with the results!
