I like the products because carpet dries quickly, looks great and no residue. A very professional man did the job for us, very personable, hard-working and explained everything he did.

I have now used ZeroRez for my carpets, air ducts, and dryer vent. Carpet: ours was almost 1-1/2 years old so can't really tell. Though rep made stain in basement worse. Airducts: guess it worked out OK. Didn't notice any difference before or after in our house or noses. Dryer Vent; YES. WOW. Almost a miracle the difference getting that cleaned out made. Cut my drying time in a MAJOR way. Kudos!

What do you like about our products and services?

Services are exactly as advertised. Both times we have used Zerorez the technicians were thorough and friendly. We were satisfied with the work performed. We are still waiting for our wool rug to be returned, so we can't give a rating on that.

A previous carpet company could not get out dirt out of the carpet on our stairs. I had used several cleaners after that company cleaned. The Zerorez technician got the dirt out.
