The lack of chemicals used, the quality of the job performed, the customer service from appointment scheduling, to arrival notification, to job performance and professionalism of the on site crew. I don't like any up selling but it is not high pressure. That would be more annoying. I like the corner guards (to protect the walls) that have been implemented since my last service. I would like to see a tool that could get under beds or know in advance about inability to get under bed. Since the bed takes a majority of space in a room I feel like I paid in full for only half the room being cleaned. I booked my appointment with a special and then had to cancel. The new rate made it financially not possible to include stairs or anything else. It would be nice to see that original quote honored but do not blame zerorez for this. Maybe next time I'll wait for the special again vs re-booking anyway. Overall we are pleased with Zerorez as a whole!
