I had an unexpected schedule crunch at the last minute (literally) vs. when the appointment was set up. He was knocking on my door at 8:10 AM, and said he saw I needed someone right away so he hurried over. He was done by 10:30, so I still had time to take care of the emergency.

He did the BEST job I have ever had on my carpets. He removed stains on my Berger carpet other companies couldn't touch, or if they did the stains came back very shortly. He was professional and very friendly, answering all my questions.

I am probably a Zerorez customer for life...it isn't just hype and advertising. It really works.

I liked that everything I was told by the first person I talked to was everything that took place. I got a call from the company letting me know that the Zerorez tech would be at my home by a certain time and the tech arrived on time. He explain the process and what he was doing. After cleaning the carpet and seeing some tuff spots that wouldn't come up he went over and over those spots and gave it his best to make every effort to get the spots out. Overall I was very pleased with this company and everything that was done to make my carpet look so much better. My carpet is 21 years old and now I feel like I do not have to replace it at this time. Thanks for the great experience I had with your company.

Your service is true to its advertisement. I love the promos. I especially love the service personnel from 05-30-15. He was the best. The customer service was great.

It has a pleasant smell. Drys fast and it stool out very old stains. My carpet is over 20 years old, I was amazed at how clean my carpet became.
