They should up when they said they would show up, performed the services I requested, and treated me, and my home, with respect (I really appreciate the shoe booties worn during the service as I have hardwood floors). Also, they were neat and tidy with their work.

The two gentlemen that came out to do our carpet cleaning/restroom floors/kitchen floors were wonderful! Bryant & Paul did and amazing job on some really really dirty carpet. Our carpet had never been cleaned and we have been here 5 years! Both guys made sure I was happy with the results prior to putting up their equipment...did not mind at all when I asked that they go back over a couple of places. Again I can't say enough good things about these two young men doing a fantastic job!

I had you guys come out to do my stairs. I was very impressed with the gentleman, Michael, in his ability to explain how Zerorez's products differ from your average cleaning company's and the benefits of such. What really impressed me was how well spoken he was and made it seem like he wasn't just some guy to clean my stairs. I was very pleased with the quality of work and thoroughness he presented. In all, I've had this stain on my stairs from when my dog decided to defecate on them. I have tried to remove it numerous time without much success, but it did not seem to be a problem for him. I look forward to using Zerorez for the services that you guys provide and to have Michael as my future cleaning technician.
