I called to Zerorez to have air ducts and carpet cleaned. Chris and Adrian came out and upon inspection reported I did not need the ducts cleaned. These guys could have done the work, taken $700.00 and went on their way. That isn't what happened. They were honest and told me both systems were working well. I was extremely pleased. Because of their honesty, I will continue to use Zerorez.

The service people are very professional, polite, and friendly. What I didn't like was the email telling me that I was responsible for moving furniture and thorough vacuuming prior to treatment. I have had many cleaners over the years and this was the first time I was responsible for more than moving breakable objects. I almost cancelled. Everyone did a super job, but James is head and shoulders above the rest. He gives 150% to his job.
