This is 2nd time I have used Zerorez. I used to have same carpet cleaner for over 15 years and they changed the way they cleaned carpets so I tried Zerorez. As far as I know it went very smoothly and the operator was very detailed and nice. My only concern was some spray that was accidentally left on a wooden wall unit. I've had problems getting it all off.
