I liked that scheduling and arrival of person was easy and on time. I liked my carpets after the cleaning. And the person who did our cleaning was on time (slightly early), purposeful and quick. There were absolutely no issues. This was my first time using Zerorez. I hear the commercials on the Fish all of the time and decided to try it. We were very pleased. Thank you

The attendant was very courtesy and informed me of the different types of spots that he found and the likelihood that they would be corrected by his procedure. He slipped on protective booties as he entered into the house, showing respect for the home.

DeParr did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet!! We had one room that an aging sickly dog had unfortunately had accidents on the carpet. The carpet is practically new. DeParr made it look new again! Very pleased!! He was very knowledgeable and business like, but friendly too. Very conscientious and explained all of the process before cleaning. Ask for DeParr! We will!!
