Cody,our cleaner, was very helpful, provided tips, efficient. The pre-cleaning product had a wonderful aroma, not a harsh chemical. The drying time was excellent.
I especially appreciated the fact that I was given a date and was told someone would be at our house between 1 & 4 and that I'd get a call appx. 15 min. prior to arrival. We received a call at 12:30 to say our person was 15 min. away. He showed up at exactly 12:45 - we were so impressed. Zerorez is our carpet cleaner for the future.

Employees are incredibly nice, clean cut, and professional in their conduct and speech. Carpets look great! They show up on time and walk through everything with the customer...before and after. Such a pleasant experience...it was all done with a smile!
