I am not sure which service this feedback form is for so I will write the same review on both forms to be sure that all of the employees who served us receive the recognition that they deserve for their excellent service. We appreciate the professionalism and skill of your employees. We had both carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning on the same day with two different teams. They both did an excellent job--after the service, our carpet was truly clean and looked almost as good as new. We deeply appreciate Jermy's friendly and enthusiastic manner and attention to detail. He helped with moving furniture, and he was very kind to our dog. He went well above and beyond our expectations in the service we received.

We also are so pleased to get the 15 years of dryer lint removed--it makes our home much safer. The team leader for the dryer vent cleaning also went way above and beyond--he replaced the crummy hose from our dryer to the wall that then made it possible to push our dryer all the way back into the desired spot in the laundry closet. Best of all, he was able to replace our closet door that has been off since the dryer was installed--this was miraculous, and this service was worth what we paid even if the dryer lint had not been removed!

The efficiency of the technicians.

We had a dog issue and had to use the pet enzyme this time. When Zerorez was done, our house smelled really clean and looked great after the tech completed the job.

Our technician was extremely helpful and helped us save money by showing us where the enzyme was needed and where it was not, without taking up our a lot of time. Our carpet looks great and smells really clean. We would never go anywhere else as we have been using Zerorez for at least 10 years. Another great thing about the service is, the temperature of the water is extremely hot and they suck the water up with their high end hoses so your carpet is dry sometimes as fast as 45 minutes.

All the technicians with Zerorez are great but this one was the best. Zerorez really knows how to train their technicians to be professional, kind and know how to work with people and their carpet! :)

This was the first time I've had my carpet cleaned in 8 years. The cleaning solution is light and fresh not overbearing and it dries quickly. I was impressed with the quickness and effectiveness of the cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone one who needs their carpet cleaned.
