The system you use cleans carpets better than any other cleaning method. The carpets honestly look brand new,! We've used Zerorez for years and would never use anything else. Just as important - all of the technicians have been well trained and are neatly groomed and very mannerly. I would highly recommend duct cleaning and the crew did a great job but there is a rattle in our attic every time the AC comes on. I have gone up there trying to fix it but cannot and it's keeping the kids awake. I'm going to have to call to have someone come back out.
Great attitude from service tech. I told the person making the appointment that I could not have a truck with hoses going into the building. Tech was not aware of this when he came out. But he had a solution to help me. He gets a ten.
