The technician arrived within the time frame agreed upon, he was professionally dressed, and very polite. The invoice reflected what was discussed on the phone, and the technician did not try to sell me more. The carpets were cleaned well and dried quickly. I will use them again and will refer them often! Miles was my technician and he was GREAT!

I have had my carpet cleaned twice and both techs were articulate, friendly and professional. Non chemical cleaning is good and my carpet looked good.

First of all just let me say that the service person that was sent to my home was knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Brown treated my home as if it was his own the cleaning that he conducted on my carpet was incredible. He knew about the company and about carpets he also recommended that I get my air ducts clean which I'm going to do and with Zeroez.

It was able to remove carpet stains that had been on the carpet for years and "others" attempted to remove and were unsuccessful. My husband and I decided we needed to replace the carpet until we tried Zerorez. Every stain was removed.

Products as advertised and Ernesto, my technician, was superb...very professional and hard-working. He made recommendations for longer-lasting clean that I approved.

Carpets dry quickly and are not stiff or sticky. Technician was friendly and professional and did a thorough job. The only down side is that I wish your policy included moving furniture.

I would also like to say that The young man was bright and very professional. The workers were here at the beginning of the 2 hr. window, worked rapidly and did a great job. I just wish every spot had come all the way out! Probably not his fault.
