I like how friendly Kerry was and how determined he was to make sure I was satisfied. I was disappointed that I didn't get any solution for stains or quick mess ups like I did before.

I liked the way that the carpets looked and smelled after. The tech Jarad I believed his name was, was very professional and knowledgable about the product, and would recommend him to come to any of my friends or back to my own house. He did a great job and answered any question that I had.

Every thing smelled so fresh after you left and the carpet was dry by the time we were ready for bed. Can't wait to get the rest of the house done.

Thus far after two carpet cleanings (one last year after our remodeling was finished and this year), we have no complaints. Our carpets have been cleaned to our satisfaction, and the technicians have been on time, courteous, and well trained.
