Client Testimonials

Great service tech!

the fact that they leave no residue; and the "ginger" smell of the pre-treat was WONDERFUL.

The product and the service is superior to anything else on the market. Your technicians are friendly, courteous and seem to enjoy their job. I have already recommended you to many of my friends and associates. They have used your service and have been very pleased.

I feel pretty good about not adding any harmful residue to our carpet. Any time I've used Zerorez the technician has been professional and courteous.

Josh was very professional and delivered on all that was discussed. Arrived on time and did an awesome job completing the work.

I reccomend to all my friends and co-workers your service. Many have already used your service and found complete satisfaction.

It simply works! And that is the only thing that matters when you have pets. It gets the stains out and it get the hair up. The techs are nice and love working for this company. Everytime they have been out to my home I have had a different tech and each went out of their way to dona great job.

I loved that the carpets weren't saturated to the point of taking hours to dry. Your tech was very professional and efficient at his job.

Your service attendant was very professional. Did a great job at my house.

We have 5 dogs, and often have friends over with their dogs, and I puppy sit, and work with rescue. So, our carpet always has a dog rolling around or running on it, and we have had a few accidents. I thought the carpet was fairly clean as its a new home and less than 2 years old. I was shocked when Mike P. finished up! I had had Zerorez before, in a home we rented. After moving out, we had them clean the entire house, and we got not only our security deposit back, but our pet deposit. I am more than pleased with this company! And would...and have recommend them to everyone, especially if you have pets!

Very prompt and careful service. Serviceman Omar Green was excellent.

It was a great day when I looked up the number for zerorez to get our carpets done and saw they did hardwoods tooWe had our hardwood floor cleaned and a replenisher put on, they turned out beautifully. Bill was the technician that came out and I cannot say enough good things. Right on time, organized, knowledgable, very meticulous and efficient. The end results were better than I could have hoped for. Thank you Bill.

I liked the fact that my rugs really were dry in 6 hr! The technician who came to my home was professional, knowledgeable and he was at my house when he said he would be. A really nice guy who answered all my questions. Thank you.

Superb customer service and great carpet cleaning

Seems to be clean. Just damp not wet. Your worker was polite and did a good job.

Did what was they said that they would, although the 15 dollar truck running fee was lame....
It would be no different than me charging you 5 dollars to mow your lawn plus 20 dollars because I have to keep the lawn mower running while I cut the grass.......lame, unprofessional sales strategy. Sure I was told about it prior to the service, but still a B.S. reason. Come up with a better explanation.....to justify cost.

dries quick

My carpets look better than they ever have after a cleaning. Price was fair and Michael worked hard to get them clean

Deparr was great! He was very careful when working in my home. Very professional and my carpet looks great.
