What do you like about our products and services?

I have been in my house for just over 3 years. The previous owner left the basement bedroom carpet with many stains, and the remainder of the carpet in the main basement area was quite dirty. Zerorez left the carpet clean, and without the scents that other carpet cleaners use to make you think the carpet is clean but go away a few days later to reveal odors that are not removed by the cleaning process. In addition to a clean basement carpet, the technicians were excellent.

zerorez reacted quickly to correct a problem with the service that was done poorly. The second serviceman did a very good job and I will still recommend Zerorez to my real estate customers.

Your customer service is outstanding. Everyone I talked with was very helpful. Damien Anderson was our technician and we would recommend him to anyone. The carpet is not perfect but fresher and cleaner.

The technicians are always prompt. They are courteous and explain the entire process. I like the fact that there is NO residue left in my carpets and that the drying process is very quick. I have used ZEROREZ in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
