Jay, the young man that cleaned my carpets yesterday (Jan. 26, 2016) was more than courteous and did a wonderful job. I wasn't that pleased with the intake man when I called to get an appointment. He was not rude, just "didn't care" and when I spend money, I like to be treated like a princess! Anyway, someone dropped the ball because I had an appointment between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. I call about 12:30 or 12:45 as no one had come. They assured me someone would come. Jay then told me that he was called to get over to my house right away. He was able to get there around 2:00. The long shot is that he did a very good job.

We had an EXCELLENT technician by the name of Mike.
He called ahead of time, made sure we were happy with everything.
Checked with us to make sure his methods were satisfactory prior to executing.
Very pleasant, smiley and congenial.

The technician was extremely polite and professional. He explained the entire process carefully before he brought any equipment in. He took his time and did a wonderful job on our carpets. He asked us to look over the carpets to be sure they were acceptable. He gave us clear directions about how to help dry the carpets by using ceiling fans. We would love to have the same technician next year!

The technician was great. he was on time, did a very good job, and was very helpful. my brightly colored cream carpets look almost new. I had a few pet stains and he was able to get 99% of them out.
