Client Testimonials
My floors look like new again. Your staff was amazing, very nice and courteous.
We have 2 active Golden retrievers who are constantly tracking in dirt into the house. Our upstairs carpeted area definitely had that smell of "dog". Zero Rez came to clean the carpets and they look and smell as good as new! I will definitely use them again.
cleaned my 30 year old carpets exceedingly well!

Our appointment was made the same week we called. The technician was very friendly, answered all questions and did a great job in a very timely manner.
The Crew introduced themselves and shook my hand. They explained what was going to happen. always polite and answered all my questions. Would I recommend them to family, neighbors YES. On time fast in fact would request Curt and his crew for future service. Thanks for a great company.
The technicians are always hardworking and professional.
That's what keeps us coming back!
In a word...EVERYTHING.
Given the age and stain level of our carpets, with two young dogs who had a difficult 'puppy training' process, I was not optimistic about the outcome. We were already talking about this cleaning being a temporary measure until we had to replace the carpet, but we are amazed that they now look newly installed.
Your technician, Omar Brown, is truly an asset to your company. He arrived on time, after we received a call saying he was on the way. We did a walk through and he explained what he would do & what we could expect, then he got to work. He was friendly, professional, clear and concise about the process, and didn't slow down until he had done six room, a hallway & a bath. When he finished, he removed his equipment and we did another walkthrough, and I can only say once more that we were amazed.
Would we recommend Zerorez to our friends & family? We already have...several times. Keep up the good work and please feel free to use this review.

Your empowered water system that you use did an amazing job! Your technician was extremely professional, thorough and did not finish until I was completely satisfied with EVERY single room. She was truthful, efficient and not "sales-y" at all! I will most definitely use your services again (I.e. hardwood floors).
