The quality of work

My carpets are looking great and I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of your service person (I think his name was Chris, but you may look it up. My service was done on May 2nd)

Thank you.

Carpets looked great and service man was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently.

On time and thorough . Cody was great !

My carpet looks like new and I am so very pleased.
I do have one question When does the "fragrance" leave. When I have my next visit is there an odor-free? That is only one small question I have.

Great Service and Great Product. Extremely Satisfied.

No harsh chemicals and safe for my family and pets.

My carpets look and smell great!

great results

I was not sure if your product would clean my carpet to my satifaction, but was very pleased with the results

Very professional. Carpets were cleaned and look great. Ernesto my service technician was great.

Most of all the individual performing the service.

Billy was a wonderful Technician. I have used you many times in the past, and before Billy I had a cleaning done by Jason. I called to voice my concern but just received excuses for his lack of cleaning. I had told myself I would not use Zerorez ever again but decided to give it one more try. Thanks to Billy my faith has been restored in your organization. Again, the previous service was so poor and I had expected Zerorez to at least come out and see the poor job but got no positive concern or reimbursement. Thank you Billy!!!

Very clean and no harm to the environment or our home. Professional service and awesome representation from the serviceman...great personality!!!

I love how clean everything is and you all take such pride in what you do and your technicians are always so polite and courteous. It is always a pleasure working with you guys.

The "cleaning" smell is minimal and the carpet dries within 24 hours.

Staff member, Santiago, seemed to truly care about his work. He showed up on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable about cleaning carpets. He was neat and got the trouble spots clean and finished his work in a timely manner.

the pet treatment

Verdict is still out in comparison to Stanley Steemer.

You have the best product on the market for truly cleaning carpets and the most outstanding reason to use your product is that it has no chemicals, leaves no residue and is safe for people and pets. Plus your staff is always exceptionally, polite, respectful and helpful. I have used your services since you first arrived in Atlanta and recommend you to all my clients who buy or sell their homes.

The professionalism and thoughtfulness of the technician and the carpet looks and smells GREAT!
