I had some dog issues and after looking at the area involved explained what options were avaiable to me. Chose to have the pet treatment done and it came out great. The technician was on time, courteous, looked and acted very professional. I love Zerorez because the are no chemicals used. I have pets and do not want their environment to be overpowing with chemical smells or residue that they will get on their paws and fur. My carpet looks new and feels soft.
