Always do a good job & thorough. My only "complaint" is that if you book a special pricing appointment online & have to reschedule, it would be nice if the customer service representative told you that your new appointment date doesn't fall within the deadline in order to receive the special. It's a letdown to receive the news on the day of your appointment.

No chemicals were used and our carpets and furniture looks great. The person who came to our home was great and was very knowledgeable and their products and answered all our questions.
The young man who supplied your service at the house was very professional and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the service as well as the end result. we have 3 large dogs that are hard on the carpet. After the cleaning, the carpets looked like new. We are especially pleased with the fact that no chemicals needed to be used.
