The fact that no chemicals are used is huge. But the carpet dries pretty quickly and the technicians are always great.

Always do a good job & thorough. My only "complaint" is that if you book a special pricing appointment online & have to reschedule, it would be nice if the customer service representative told you that your new appointment date doesn't fall within the deadline in order to receive the special. It's a letdown to receive the news on the day of your appointment.
