Good guy who came . On time. Did a great job and gave me ideas for keeping the carpets clean.
We chose Zerorez because we didn't want a lot of chemicals and detergents used in our home.
The representative went above and beyond for us. We are in a condo, which meant he had to run lines from the truck, up to our balcony and inside. I don't think I've ever seen anyone work so hard.
He took the time to show us areas that needed special attention and explained the process thoroughly. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
The technician was very professional On time did an excellent job worked the entire couple of hours very polite and kind considerate and I would also add that the person I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment was also very professional very kind made the time to talk to me and I truly appreciate it that so yes I would absolutely recommend to everyone that needs this service done whether your company or friend or family member I would be more than happy to and the results of course they speak for themselves thank you Jarvis H.
