there was no soap or chemicals used. the customer service was good. the rep was on time; I was notified half an hour ahead of time about their arrival. I do not have any pets or little kids so my carpet was clean and I wanted it more clean so after using zerorez I did see my carpets looked a bit more brighter and the stairs and heavy traffic area were definitely more cleaner. I was pleased with the service

Billy was a wonderful Technician. I have used you many times in the past, and before Billy I had a cleaning done by Jason. I called to voice my concern but just received excuses for his lack of cleaning. I had told myself I would not use Zerorez ever again but decided to give it one more try.
