David was extremely nice and did a fantastic job! My carpet cleaning machine broke a few months ago and was spewing dirty water onto the carpet before I caught it. I bought another machine and tried to clean it three times, the last two with just hot water. I couldn't get the dark stains out. After David finished cleaning, it looked like a new carpet. We were really pleased.
