No chemicals!!

I like that the products are safe for my pets and how quickly they dried. And Jarvis who cleaned the floors was very knowledgable and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had.

Kerry was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The product left no residue and my carpets are beautifully clean

Diego very informative and hard worker that takes pride in his services.

The carpets dry very quickly after service and little to no odor

Technician was polite and very careful. He did a thorough carpet cleaning. I like that no chemicals were used. I think charges are a little high though he worked with me a little on pricing.

The service is excellent! I can't believe that you can clean some of the stains that I have on my carpets. Truly amazing..

1. you were within 10 minutes of the appointed time.
2. you went right to work
3. you finished in 1 hour (4 rooms and a hall)
I was very pleased with the finished look and.......you cleaned up where you walked after you were done, i.e. (hardwood floors)
4. the carpets dried within 4 hours!!!

Friendly, thorough, timely, reasonable. Servicemen are always very nice. Do a good job!

Prompt and professional.

lack of chemicals in your cleaners and it always gets our carpets looking amazing

The reason for not giving a 10 rating is the fact that the steps are still wet and I am watching it to see if I am going to have any problem such as mildew. I will call your company if it does not dry out by Thursday.
Thank you.

Great service

Easy to schedule, technician arrived on time and the carpets look fantastic.

Very Professional and stands behind work.

Courteous and professional personnel. Good service and right on time.
I'd definitely call them nest time.

There was no odor from pet stains once the carpet was wet.

I had my carpets cleaned by Zero Rez for the first time. The technician came within the promised window of time, and I was called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. the project didn't take long and my carpets looked great afterward. After they dried, the lower room carpet still showed what I was afraid would be a permanent stain. I called and asked for a re-clean on that area, and an appointment was made for the next day. The second go-over did the trick and the dirty area was totally gone. Very pleased!

Professional and thorough and carpet looks smells great

Professionalism

Nelson was prompt and polite even though I made him wait because I was late getting back to the house. He communicated well and set appropriate expectations. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was also very professional. I have five kids, so I'm sure I'll be using zerorez again soon.

David was very professional and did a great job! He was on time, quick and knowledgeable and we will recommend him especially!!!

Easy to make an appointment. Representative arrived on time. Carpets look good.

The guys were on time, friendly, clean, respectful of my house and seemed to do a nice job.

Very satisfied

We have used Zerorez of Atlanta carpet cleaning service for years. They always do a great job, which is better than any other carpet cleaning service we ever tried. We have nylon plush style carpet that is 8 years old and very light in color. They always make it look almost new again. It's nothing short of amazing. Afterward the carpet feels incredibly soft and clean. It also smells fresh and it dries very quickly. It's safe for pets and kids.

Craig T. was out service technician this time and he absolutely did an extraordinary job. He was very nice, very polite, and very professional. He arrived on time and was very careful to put on booties and kept the hose from rubbing on the walls. The carpet was beautiful when he finished and he left an even sweep pattern that was professional and attractive. There were a couple of spots I wasn't sure would come clean, but he got them out. What else could you ask for? He could not have done a better job and we will definitely ask for him when we have the carpet re-cleaned. He also left a bottle of Zerorez Power Water, which is some amazing stuff at removing stains!

Great service. Great price.

No chemical smell!

Excellent cleaning services performed on time and for a reasonable price! Thanks!

Scheduling appointment, calling 30min before arrival, no chemicals, carpet gets clean.
