There was one product used in finishing our duct cleaning and we were reassured that it was all natural. It made the house smell great when it was blown through the ducts. The men were efficient and professional. I did mention to them that they need to take off their overboots when going outside and put them back on when reentering but they did not do that!!!!!!

Jessie & Jared were truly exceptional cleaning the carpets & loveseat. The cleaning process did not have any harsh chemicals nor had any odor. The carpets were dried within a reasonable time.

The service technician was very professional and honest about what could and could not be done based on the condition of the carpet. He performed a test clean on a portion of my rug before cleaning the entire carpet to make sure I was satisfied and that says a lot about the quality and level of service of zerorez

Carpets are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Even with 2 boys and 3 large dogs they are able to keep our carpets looking like new and ride our house of any pet stains or odors that may occur. We have be loyal customers for 12+ years. Technicians have always been very professional. We've also use the duct cleaning service and were very pleased with that service as well.
