My service tech Nelson was terrific. Had some old old stains and he worked hard to get most of them out. Others just would not come out. The furniture dried fast so I could put everything back together.

We have used Zerorez for several years to clean our carpets and you always do such a great job. Our entire home smells fresh and clean after you visit. It is a great way to keep our carpets looking new also.

I have a cat that spits up a lot, and while I try to watch him and catch his spit-ups before they hit the carpet, I cannot always do that. I clean the places up immediately, but they still leave a visible spot on the carpet. The serviceman worked to clean these spots and was 90% successful. It is good to walk through my hallways and living room now on a clean carpet! Thank you so much!

The professionalism of the technician and the quality of the cleaning process without the use of harsh chemicals. Only downside was the scheduling was not well thought out. We were given a window of 3-6. Tech arrived at 6:30 pm and was there until after 10 pm. Not his fault but a problem with how appts are scheduled around the city with seemingly no thought as to drive time.
