I really like the service. However, this time my experience was a little less satisfying. The technician was very professional. I noticed in our master bedroom a heavy dog odor after he was done. I am not sure why, but I think we should have had a deodorizer or something. We previously used Citrus Solutions, which I liked for the fresh smell. When I get on the floor and smell the carpet, it does not smell fresh.

the products were awesome no smell of any type of chemicals or any strong perfumed odor. Fragrance free is the best. Though i maintain my carpets well but a better care and service from Zerorez has added value.
