The associates who came out to do the cleaning were very professional, not pushy at all. They gave me options, but I didn't feel pressured to purchase extra options. The technician, Tim, was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was on time, introduced himself and went over in detail about the job that he was about to begin. Asked if I had any questions prior to beginning the job and proceeded to start after answering a few of my questions. After completing each section of the house (upstairs, downstairs), he invited me to inspect each section and asked if I had any questions. Tim satisfactorily answered all questions and overall, did an excellent job. Will highly recommend Zerorez.

I like your product and technicians and if you need to return to re-do some areas you do that. You're pricing is higher than competition but you have lasting results. I am a pet owner and it's always a challenge with carpet.
