Service was awesome and thourough. My technician was very informative and pleasent. While I give him a 10 I do want to mention there is a spot near the driveway where the van was parked and some chemical might of been spilled on lawn causing it to yellow. Again the only reason I know that it was from the technicians van was because there was also a three-quarter inch hose line outline in my yard that yellowed as well. I do have pictures to submit if you need them please contact me anytime. other than that the service was wonderful I just hope it doesn't yellow more of my lawn where the vacuum may have been emptied.

How well the product cleans.
We love that you guarantee satisfaction and that you deliver on that. We asked that a service tech come back out to look at our job as we were not completely satisfied with the cleaning. The supervisor that came out was not only very helpful and accommodating but he was also able to remove the last few stains from the carpet and we were thrilled!
