The Zerorez technician was on time and very professional. I have previously used Zerorez and will continue to do so. The cleaning process is way above other methods and eliminates the worst stains. When process is complete, the carpet smells fresh, clean and dry within six hours or so.

Making reservations was easy. Halley was very pleasant and answered my questions completely before booking the service. On the day of the service, we received a phone call asking if the technicians could come earlier than scheduled and we appreciated the call as well as the chance to get the carpets cleaned sooner than planned. The technicians who cleaned the carpets were very considerate and their performance was excellent! Although not all of the areas look like new because, as the technicians explained, the fibers are worn, the spots are gone and the rooms look fresh and clean. Thank you so much for your exceptional service. We will certainly recommend Zerorez to others.

With a pet that has allergies, I'm hoping this will truly clean my carpets. So far I am impressed with the quality of service and the appearance of my carpets. They were not crunchy, but velvety soft. Don't wear shoes in my house, so it was a very nice change. So far so good.
