The cleaning solution

Both technicals were very personable. Very pleased. We do not give tens. Everyone can always improve somewhere but the guys were a pleasure to meet

Good tech and good experience thx

Our tech Dailyn was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job and the carpets look so much better! We have used other companies in the past or tried steam cleaning ourselves but Zerorez did a much better job and saved us the trouble! Tahnks Taylor from the Fish for recommending!

That soapy residue is not left behind in the carpet. Also your technicians are truly customer oriented and deliver stellar service.

Results were perfect. House feels clean again. The rug agent was very professional, worked hard and was very sweet. Will ask for her next time.

Everything, my tech was fantastic, the best I have ever had!!!

Your personnel are very thorough, respond in a timely manner, and are very professional.

Great carpet cleaning.

The carpet looks great and the technician was very polite and hard working.

Arrived on time. Did an excellent job. Asked me to check each room as it was completed.

I've used zerorez 3 times. Very pleased!

Everything

I have used Zerorez twice. The first time the tech had to come back a second time. He was in a big hurry both times. This time was great I had a young man Tohmas Brooks who took his time, explained everything to me and did a wonderful job on light cream carpets and 2 chairs. Will definitely request him next time.

I like how organized the company is and i like the product of a chemical free cleaning.
The tech that was out here did a great job.

Honest and professional

Call before arrival. Shoe covering while in the house. Drying time and products

Your technician, Eric , was excellent.

The service and technician were very professional , they did an excellent job if cleaning my vents.

I like the professionalism of your technicians, first and foremost. Gerven was outstanding. He was personable, professional, articulate, and efficient. He explained what was going to be done, what to expect, and the results have been outstanding.

The Employees Were Courteous And kind, Did A Wonderful job. Omar was upstairs and one corner of the downstairs was missed because 2 bags were not removed, that's the only minor infraction. Otherwise a beautiful job!
