I liked that there was no smell on our carpet when the service was done. Although it did not get some of our existing stains out, Nelson (our cleaning rep) explained that he would probably not be able to get those stains out. Loved Nelson Caso.....he was very professional, explained everything well, & was a very nice person. I would definitely ask for him again!

Our technician, Doug, was very courteous and thorough. He explained the service package and confirmed the total cost before starting to treat our carpets. The dry time after completing the project was impressive, allowing us to place furniture in about 4 hours. The carpets were looking like new and there were no residual odors. I'd recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
