I am very concerned about using chemicals and the effect of those chemicals on my family in the environment. It was such a pleasure to find a company that uses products that are safe and yet very effective. I've used another carpet cleaning company in the past, and my carpet did not come out as clean as with zerorez. I think I misunderstood the hardwood floor surface, but my floors are clean and I am content with the service.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgable techs, who explain what they are going to do, the options and the costs. The process works. Deparr Mason knows his beans. He worked hard and quickly. Waiting for carpet to completely dry before I can say he got it all, but it really looks good so far.

the technician Steve was very professional and sensitive to my requests... he did a fantastic job on the rug so much that the next time I will be sure to take before and after pictures ..

It got a filthy carpet cleaner than I ever expected. The dog urine smell in the upstairs seems to be totally gone and that same smell was in the sunroom and unfortunately continues to be there. We are leaving the windows open to help alleviate the odor. We paid extra for additional treatment and it seems to have worked everywhere but the sunroom. It is much better with the windows open but with them closed, it's still there. Steve, the technician, was really a nice guy and did his best to give us a clean carpet.

They laid the cost out clearly over the phone, including extra costs for pet stains, etc. That has not been our experience in the past with your company. The technician (Erik) was great! He was attentive to detail, polite, and accommodating!
