I appreciated that I was called a half hour before the technician showed up. He was right on time, and introduced himself at my door. He addressed me by my name. He was very thorough and did a very good job on my carpets.
The completed treatment on the carpet did not leave any residue or stickiness. The technician was polite, worked efficiently and quickly. He explained how the product was going to work. We are very pleased that, in calling for service, the treatment was scheduled for that very day. Radio and television advertisements are not exaggerated!
