First let me just say that my service guy, Omar, was excellent! This was my first time using zerorez and I will never use any other company. I appreciated the call to let me know his was on the way, and that he was here exactly on time! I was very impressed by his professionalism and the care taken in my house despite my carpet being pretty old and lived on! I especially appreciated the corner covers and the clips he used to secure the hoses. He took time to have me come check his progress and setting expectations about the service being provided. My carpet looks great!!!!
