I received an email from Zerorez featuring a sales price and a $25 coupon. So I booked the service requesting my favorite technician Carlos Davis. At regular prices plus all the up charges I would not recommend. At the discounted price the service is worth it. Carlos is knowledgeable (can correctly identify type of carpet), tips on how to treat a stain when it occurs, mindful of my home (cones around my landscape so hose will not break plant material; portable screen to help preserve A/C, bootees over shoes). He demonstrated concern for my small dog and took the time to show me that the product is non-toxic. Zerorez will get repeat business from me whenever they offer a reasonable price.
