Quality

I've used Stanley Steamer for years so I was curious if I would like Zerorez. I couldn't be more pleased! The carpets came out so clean, dried quickly, and the house smelled naturally clean, not masked with a citrus spray. Two of the high traffic rooms with a few spill stains (man cave) had not been professionally cleaned in 12 years. The result was miraculous!

The technician was professional and did not try to up sell me on unnecessary products (that was always a frustration with Stanley Steamer). I would be happy to recommend Zerorez to everyone.

This is my first time to use Zerorez service for carpet cleaning. The person who done my carpet cleaning really knows what he is doing. He analyst the condition of the area and explain what I really needed and what I may be the results may come up since I have old carpets. He is very professional. He uses protection and even place a protection to all sides of my doors/wall that may touch by the steam hose which I did not see in other company I do the same carpet cleaning. Also, since the tip is already included in the bill, which I prefer, I don't have to worry giving them cash coz Some company I use they haven't started yet and they are already vocal that they are expecting tip.

Zerorez equipment is really industrial and powerful and my carpet really dry faster that those other company I use before (normally use flier that has a cheaper price). I even had one company that do my carpet cleaning and his equipment is very old fashion, like carpet cleaning equipment that you can rent in Krogers Grocery store.

Highly recommended and plan to use every year.
