The representative went above and beyond for us. We are in a condo, which meant he had to run lines from the truck, up to our balcony and inside. I don't think I've ever seen anyone work so hard.

Well NO ONE cleans like you do, we have had plenty of carpet cleaning companies in our home. They all charged me more money and did less of the service. I did not know that the detergent and other carpet cleaners left a residue behind making my carpet dirty girl quicker
