I had my carpets cleaned by Zero Rez for the first time. The technician came within the promised window of time, and I was called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. the project didn't take long and my carpets looked great afterward. After they dried, the lower room carpet still showed what I was afraid would be a permanent stain. I called and asked for a re-clean on that area, and an appointment was made for the next day. The second go-over did the trick and the dirty area was totally gone. Very pleased!

We have used Zerorez of Atlanta carpet cleaning service for years. They always do a great job, which is better than any other carpet cleaning service we ever tried. We have nylon plush style carpet that is 8 years old and very light in color. They always make it look almost new again. It's nothing short of amazing. Afterward the carpet feels incredibly soft and clean. It also smells fresh and it dries very quickly. It's safe for pets and kids.

Craig T. was out service technician this time and he absolutely did an extraordinary job. He was very nice, very polite, and very professional. He arrived on time and was very careful to put on booties and kept the hose from rubbing on the walls. The carpet was beautiful when he finished and he left an even sweep pattern that was professional and attractive. There were a couple of spots I wasn't sure would come clean, but he got them out. What else could you ask for? He could not have done a better job and we will definitely ask for him when we have the carpet re-cleaned. He also left a bottle of Zerorez Power Water, which is some amazing stuff at removing stains!

Not only was the technician very friendly, he knew exactly what he was doing. I was so embarrass of the stains my pets left behind that I just knew he would not be able to get them out. I almost cried when he showed me my carpet. He made it look like new again and could barely tell any accidents occurred on my carpet. I was hesitant on using this company but I was completely wrong. I plan on calling William back out again very soon. I like to give a big shout out to my hero, William for a job well done!!

Trying to get people to come out to your house can be a challenge. Are they going to be good? Are they going to do the job that needs to be done? I'm very pleased to say that the technician was cat my house within the first 30 minutes of the time frame that I was given. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. I walked him through what needed to be done, and added some services from my initial appointment and everything was completed the way I had hoped. I know that if you leave to much spot cleaning residue in the carpet, it can act like a dirt magnet. I chose Zerorez to make sure that the carpets were completely clean. I would absolutely recommend the company to anyone that needed carpet cleaning services. If you end up with the Technician I had (Eric) you will be pleased!
