Let me start by saying what a wonderful job Jarvis did cleaning our carpets. He was enthusiastic, friendly, thorough, patient, kind, and just a pleasant person to be around. He answered all of my questions in detail. I appreciated that he made sure we were pleased with every area that was cleaned. Stains that I never imagined coming out are gone now thanks to the Zerorez technology and the hard work of our technician. Jarvis is a huge asset to your company, and I will recommend him specifically to family and friends who need their carpets cleaned. He's an employee you want to keep!! Technician was polite and very careful. He did a thorough carpet cleaning. I like that no chemicals were used. I think charges are a little high though he worked with me a little on pricing.

The service is excellent! I can't believe that you can clean some of the stains that I have on my carpets. Truly amazing..

The reason for not giving a 10 rating is the fact that the steps are still wet and I am watching it to see if I am going to have any problem such as mildew. I will call your company if it does not dry out by Thursday.
